Every day we deal with the stress of work, traffic, school or household chores.     In our fast-paced lives, many of us think that setting aside 15 to 60 minutes a day to take care of ourselves or make time for ourselves is almost utopian and has been crossed off our list of important things to do. 

    This is a complete contradiction, and it is in times of stress that self-care becomes even more important.
